By converting Excel-based manual application processing into a web application, both cost and workload were significantly reduced.

Online Analysis System Operation Support
We support the operation of an open science infrastructure designed to reproduce research environments on cluster systems. This includes integrations with other cloud services, audit trail management, and system operation support. We also provide automated monitoring features, manual monitoring operations, software deployment, and system modifications.

Order Processing Automation

We implemented OCR (Optical Character Recognition/Reader) technology to digitize handwritten and printed order forms received via fax. The digitized order data is linked to sales management and other business systems, contributing to paperless operations and increased efficiency.

We supported the development of a multi-tenant cloud service platform for IT service providers based on ServiceNow. This platform enables comprehensive asset management and is customizable to meet the needs of various industries and businesses.

Application Processing Platform

We assisted in the design and development of a framework for standardizing rental equipment applications and order processing based on ServiceNow. The system replaced the previous phone-only order process with an online platform accessible from PCs and smartphones at any time.

This transition enabled end-to-end management of order processing, delivery logistics, and rental equipment tracking. Clients can now access real-time order and asset information. The platform is widely used for cloud-based application processing across group companies, from headquarters to subsidiaries.
